Job description

Customers are at the heart of all we do at Busseys. If you are a people person who loves interacting with customers both over the phone and face-to-face, has a friendly, positive approach, and wants to be part of a motivated, fun-loving team, then look no further!

We are seeking an enthusiastic, hardworking individual to join our busy reception team. Your role will include meeting and greeting all customers entering the showroom and covering the main switchboard. This exciting position is based at our main Whiffler Road FordStore in Norwich. It is a full-time role, working 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, and every other Saturday.

Your main responsibility will be to provide courteous and efficient service to all customers, both on the phone and in person.

The Key Elements Of The Role Are
  • Evaluating customer needs and guiding customers within the showroom, delivering courteous and friendly service at all times.
  • Operating the group’s switchboard efficiently, directing calls promptly and professionally.
  • Providing effective administrative support when required.
Skills Required
  • Excellent customer service skills — our customers come first!
  • Strong phone manner, IT, keyboard, and communication skills — we want our customers to hear your smile over the phone!
  • Administration experience — familiarity with Keyloop (CRM system) and standard Microsoft Office applications.
  • Organized, motivated, enthusiastic, and fun-loving — to fit well within our team.
  • Receptionist experience is a plus but not essential, as we are happy to provide full training for the right candidate.
