Job description

Receptionist, Northampton, c GBP 22,000 : We are currently looking for a professional individual to support a busy Reception in Northampton. JOB REF:9810.

The Role
  • Answering the telephone as part of a team, distributing calls, and taking messages
  • Greeting and assisting clients and visitors in a professional and helpful manner
  • Handling general enquiries, both by phone and in person, efficiently and courteously
  • Managing incoming and outgoing post
  • Maintaining electronic diaries and managing meeting room bookings
  • Ordering office supplies and stationery
Skills Required
  • Previous reception experience (Legal experience is advantageous, but not essential)
  • Positive, professional, and approachable demeanour
  • Strong work ethic with a confident and friendly approach when interacting with clients and colleagues
  • Good IT skills
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
