Job description

We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join our wonderful Front of House team at Grey Street Hotel. Located on Grey Street in Newcastle City Centre, our stunning 49-bedroom boutique hotel offers luxurious accommodation for our guests.

This role includes lots of interaction with guests, cash handling responsibilities, taking incoming enquiries, and following health and safety procedures in line with company policy.

We are looking for someone who strives to deliver exceptional customer service, works collaboratively in a dynamic team, and is a warm, friendly face for all of our guests. Experience in a customer-facing role is preferential but not essential.

Our shift patterns are flexible and offer a high standard of work-life balance. Full and part-time positions are available.
