Job summary

Klarent Hospitality's Doubletree by Hilton Edinburgh Airport is seeking a Receptionist to join a dynamic hospitality team in Edinburgh. You will deliver excellent guest service from check-in to check-out, handle queries promptly, and apply knowledge of room categories, rates, and packages.

The role includes upselling hotel services and maintaining security and safety compliance. The position requires a passion to learn, strong teamwork, and IT proficiency, with the ability to work under pressure
