Job summary

DoubleTree by Hilton Manchester - Piccadilly is looking for a hands-on hotel team member to help keep our bedrooms spotless and well presented. You’ll work behind the scenes to maintain high cleanliness standards and ensure rooms meet our exacting expectations.

You will greet guests with a friendly attitude, manage a range of shifts including evenings and weekends, and take pride in flexible, customer-focused service.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or customer service oriented approach preferred.

In this role you’ll be working behind the scenes ensuring our rooms are nothing but perfection!

Customer service is key,

interacting with guests daily, your job is to make first impressions count. You will have high standards in terms of cleanliness and strive to meet tight deadlines.

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about our bedrooms being spotless and well presented. If you’re looking for a role to keep you on your toes and keep you fit at the same time, this could be the role for you!

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
