A leading company in Maidenhead is seeking an experienced Corporate Receptionist to manage reception duties and assist with facility management responsibilities. The role requires excellent customer service skills, organization, and the ability to multitask effectively. The successful candidate will be proactive, personable, and capable of supporting building management while ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and efficient corporate receptionist who is ready to take on additional facility management responsibilities. You should be highly organized, confident in managing contractors, and capable of providing administrative support to the off-site Building Manager. The ideal candidate will be well-presented, experienced, and proactive in handling a busy and varied role.
The role is based at a modern office building located near the A404(M), J8/9 of the M4 motorway, and Maidenhead town centre.
Salary: £24,000
Hours: 9am to 4pm, Monday to Friday (35 hours per week)
