We are seeking someone with a passion for delivering first-class client service to join our receptionist team in London Victoria. This is a full-time, on-site position working Monday to Friday. The core shift is 8:00 am–4:00 pm, with flexibility to cover the 10:00 am–6:00 pm shift during holidays and absences.
As part of a small, collaborative team, you will be responsible for greeting clients, operating the switchboard, and managing calls and enquiries.
Ideally, you will have previous experience in a front of house role within a professional services environment, although strong customer service experience from other sectors will also be considered. You will bring enthusiasm, initiative, and excellent organisational skills to the role. Confidence using IT systems is essential, along with the ability to remain composed and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
While at least 60% of your working week will be spent in the office, we recognize that arrangements may vary. Our culture emphasizes working together in the office to maintain cohesion and collaboration.
