We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Receptionist to join the team on a permanent, full-time basis in our Head Office in London, Furnival Street.

The hours of work are Monday – Friday 08:30 – 16:30 based on 37.5 hours per week.

Join our vibrant, inclusive community as the Front of House Receptionist in our Flagship head office in London. As the Receptionist, you will manage the busy front of house reception, including meeting and greeting important clients, ensuring meeting rooms are booked and presentable as well as general administration tasks.

Excellent communication skills and presentation skills are a must for this role as our key players are often conducting meetings from our head office.

What you will do:

  • Daily operation of reception services
  • Answering and diverting calls promptly and professionally
  • Taking and redirecting important messages, ensuing they hit the appropriate owner
  • Booking of meeting rooms
  • Ensuing staff have the correct on-site access
  • Management of the car park bookings
  • First point of contact for out clients and stakeholders

What you will bring:

  • Experience in a Front of House Reception role
  • Approachable, professional and warm in your approach
  • Maintaining a neat and professional appearance is a key requirement for this role
  • Excellent at relationship building
  • Highly organised
  • Experienced in using Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, Teams and Outlook
  • Proactive and resourceful
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
