Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure Ltd in Harrogate is seeking a friendly Receptionist to welcome members and manage queries and bookings both face to face and by phone, ensuring a premium experience and brand standards at the reception.

You will keep the reception area clean and presentable, work as part of a customer-focused team, and contribute to a thriving, inclusive culture with opportunities for career development and access to company perks.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering high quality customer service.
• Able to work well within a team and communicate clearly.
• Comfortable handling queries and bookings in person and by phone.
