Job summary

The Roof Gardens, a renowned members club in Kensington, seeks a confident Receptionist to warmly welcome members and manage front of house operations. You will be the familiar face ensuring seamless, memorable experiences from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities include greeting and registering members, handling reservations and queries by phone or email, maintaining member data, and supporting events with flexibility for evenings and weekends. A competitive London Living Wage package awaits.

• Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a member-facing role within the luxury hospitality market.

• Maintain accurate member data, including preferences, to personalise future visits.
• Manage all member enquiries in a timely manner, including reservations, cancellations, confirmations, private event bookings and general queries via phone and email.
• Demonstrate an exemplary understanding of club facilities and events, staying fully informed of daily and weekly activities.
• Support the events team in the coordination and execution of member and large-scale events.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.

The Role

We’re seeking a confident and charismatic Receptionist to join the vibrant front of house team at The Roof Gardens. As a warm and professional presence, you’ll become a familiar face to our members, ensuring their experience is seamless, welcoming, and memorable from beginning to end.
