Job summary

The Roof Gardens in Kensington is seeking a confident Cloakroom Attendant to join our front of house team. You will greet members, manage the cloakroom, and ensure secure retrieval of belongings while delivering a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Cloakroom Attendant or in a member-facing role within the luxury hospitality market is ideal.
• Welcoming members and guests and addressing them by name whenever possible.
• Maintain a secure and organised cloakroom area that is clean and well maintained.
• Assist members and guests with the check-in and retrieval of personal belongings.
• Provide courteous and efficient service to guests, addressing inquiries and special requests.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Uphold the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends

The Role
We’re seeking a confident and charismatic Cloakroom Attendant to join the vibrant front of house team at The Roof Gardens. As a warm and professional presence, you’ll become a familiar face to our members, ensuring their experience is seamless, welcoming, and memorable from beginning to end.

Key Responsibilities:

• Competitive salary above market rate -The hourly rate of pay is calculated from a base rate plus service charge.
