As our new Receptionist, you will be the first welcome and the last lasting impression to our guests. You will not be working just at any front desk but in the living room of Mayfair! Where cultured Londoners and discerning voyagers gather, and where every detail - your tone, your timing, your care will become part of our guests' stories.
You must be passionate, motivated, welcoming and highly organised to ensure that all requests are attended to without any delays. You will be well presented, have excellent communication skills and a pleasant telephone manner. You will work well under pressure with excellent ability to co-ordinate efficiently with other departments and bring good administration skills.
