Job summary

House of Gods is a boutique hotel redefining luxury, seeking a front-of-house ace to own the night with charisma and poise. You’ll be the face of the venue, delivering velvet-glamour service while handling a high-energy reception environment.

Ideal candidates are confident, detail-obsessed, and capable of stylishly managing guest requests, with experience in reception or luxury service. Training will be provided to ensure you shine from first contact through departure.

Qualifications

• Experience in reception, front of house, or luxury service.
• Ability to maintain composure and deliver high-end guest experiences.
• Excellent communication and personal presentation.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests at the front desk with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage guest bookings, inquiries, and check-in/check-out processes.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
