Job summary

You will join The Cliftonville, part of the Young's Pubs family, as a Receptionist responsible for creating memorable guest experiences and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The role focuses on delivering excellent service, driving guest engagement, and supporting sales growth with strong planning and organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and organisational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to guests at all times.
• Assist with daily front-desk operations and sales growth through guest engagement.
• Ensure accurate handling of credit and administration procedures and maintain effective controls.

What we look for in a Receptionist

As the successful Receptionist you will have a passion to deliver exceptional customer service every time, with a friendly outgoing personality and desire to work as part of a team. You will have experience working in a similar environment, be an active team player with excellent communication skills and have very high standards and an impeccable eye for detail.

You will have a pro-active approach to driving sales and delivering growth through engagement with our customers and team and demonstrate great planning and organisational skills to maintain effective controls and ensure the financial credit and administration procedures are applied at all times.
