As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the reception area and providing exceptional service to all visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Open and close reception, ensuring the front-of-house area is well presented.
- Greet visitors, answer phones, and manage reception email inboxes.
- Coordinate meeting rooms, including bookings, set-up, signage, and refreshments.
