The Role of a Spa Concierge

We are currently looking for a customer focused and engaging Spa Concierge who is hugely customer centric and takes pride in ensuring guests of the spa have an enjoyable and relaxing experience.

The role would include managing the guest’s journey around the Spa and maintaining the ambience in the pool areas. You’ll have an eye for helping our guests make the most of their experience in our thermal spa.

We’re looking for a Spa Concierge who understands the value of excellent customer service and can provide a first‑class service to all our guests. The ideal candidate will have a warm, welcoming, and friendly personality and exceptional standard of personal presentation.

Please note, this role includes daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.

The Gainsborough Bath Spais a luxurious 100-bedroom hotel originally built in the 1800s, occupying two Grade II Listed buildings with distinguished Georgian and Victorian façades.
