Job summary

Travelodge Chelmsford is hiring a friendly Reception Team Member on a full-time contract. No prior experience required; we provide training and a supportive team with a family feel. You will welcome guests, handle check-ins, cash procedures, and assist with safety walks while supporting the wider hotel team.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the hotel and assist with check-in and check-out.
• Handle cash and simple banking procedures.
• Carry out routine safety checks (fire and safety walks) and support wider teams when needed.
