Travelodge is inviting applications for a Reception Team Member on a part-time contract. No experience is required, as full training will be provided to help you welcome guests, check them in, handle cash and banking procedures, and complete routine fire and safety checks.

Qualificações

• Friendly customer service skills preferred
• Willingness to learn and follow training guidance
• Ability to work as part of a team and support colleagues

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and welcome them to the hotel
• Check guests in and assist with check-out when needed
• Handle cash, banking procedures and balance transactions
• Perform regular fire and safety walks and safety checks
• Support other team members as required
