Job summary

Travelodge Crewe is seeking a friendly Reception Team Member on a part-time contract. You will welcome guests, check them in, handle cash and banking, and take part in safety walks while supporting the wider team.

No prior experience is required as we provide coaching and training. This role offers a fun, supportive, family-like team and flexible working to suit everyone.

Qualifications

• No experience required for this role.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the hotel and provide a friendly check-in experience.
• Handle cash and banking procedures accurately.
• Assist wider teams and participate in regular safety walks.
• Support the front desk operations as needed.
