The Lead Receptionist role at Bristol Eye Hospital within University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust offers an opportunity to lead and coordinate a busy reception team. You will oversee day-to-day supervision, deliver a high-quality patient reception and appointment service, and help ensure smooth patient flow across multiple areas.

Formación

• Experience leading a reception or front-desk team.
• Ability to coordinate multiple reception areas.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day support and guidance to reception staff, making day to day decisions to ensure an efficient and effective reception service.
• Liaise with clinical and administrative teams to support patient flow and clinic operations.
• Assist in training and supporting new members of the reception team.
• Escalate complex issues, complaints or service concerns appropriately.
• Support the organisation of staff rotas, annual leave and training arrangements.
