Job summary

Aspire People is seeking a qualified Teaching Assistant for a long-term role in Sutton Coldfield. The successful candidate will support 3 Reception pupils with a range of needs, including communication and ASD, and will participate in personal care as required.

You should hold Level 3 TA qualification (NVQ/CACHE preferred), have recent primary school experience, and a strong EYFS knowledge base to work effectively within the KS1 framework.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with SEND on a one-to-one basis.
• Excellent working knowledge of the EYFS and KS1 curriculum.
• Recent primary school experience within the last 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Support 3 Reception children with a range of needs including communication and ASD.
• Assist with daily activities and personal care as required.
