Job Description

The warm welcome from the Reception Services Team determines the first impressions clients and visitors have of our clients’ business. The role of Reception Services Manager is to ensure that you provide the highest level of client care and personal service to all stakeholders in the clients' business, including visitors, clients, and internal stakeholders. The Reception Services Team, who will be coached and led by the Reception Services Supervisors and on-site management team, are responsible for managing the reception areas, Concierge, Workplace, Call Services (Switchboard & Room Bookings), and events. We also have a team of administration assistants and PAs on site.

Although based in London, the candidate would be expected to travel to regional sites as well as Birmingham.

Hours: 40 hrs a week.

Qualifications

  • A proven track record of successfully leading a team of at least 40 people
  • Experience understanding how day-to-day performance links to service level agreements and key performance indicators
  • Experience in data analysis and interpreting and presenting data for business reports
  • Ability to collate and report statistics for performance measurement
  • Familiarity with room reservation operations
