  • Office location: London or Birmingham (Hybrid role)
  • Work pattern: Monday- Friday (8:30-5:30)
  • Employment type: Permanent
THE ROLE

Are you an energetic and motivated leader with a passion for technology and delivering exceptional customer experiences?

We’re looking for an experienced Professional Services Manager to take ownership of our professional services function. In this key leadership role, you’ll be responsible for managing and developing our professional services team while working closely with our sales team and clients.

You’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing the delivery of a wide range of IT service solutions, ensuring projects are delivered effectively and clients receive the highest level of service. If you’re a team player with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving customer satisfaction, we want to hear from you.

This role involves managing a team of six professionals while taking a hands-on lead in overseeing client infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a technical background in IT, print and telecoms, with a strong working knowledge of ControlSuite and Papercut being
preferable.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Managing the PS team.
  • Oversee client infrastructure and ensure smooth operations.
  • Managing and maintaining our clients’ print solution environments, ensuring seamless service delivery and performance.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure project success.
  • Be the lead in providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Work in a hybrid role with easy access to either our London or Birmingham office, as well as being able to attend client sites and the team who are located around the country.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
  • Technical background in IT services, print and telecom.
  • Good working knowledge of ControlSuite and Papercut.
  • Experience in managing a remote team.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid role with easy access to our London or Birmingham office.
  • Eligible to work in the UK and hold a valid UK driving licence.
