Job summary

Long Term Futures Ltd in Rugby (CV22) is seeking a Reception SEN Teaching Assistant to support early years pupils with additional needs and to help them access learning, build confidence and independence.

You will collaborate with the class teacher and SENCO, contributing to targeted SEN support. Experience with ASD, Makaton and PECS will be beneficial, with phonics and EYFS knowledge valued.

Qualifications

• SEN experience in early years or primary settings.
• Level 2 or Level 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools.
• Experience with ASD and communication needs.

Responsibilities

• Support Reception children with additional needs to access learning.
• Work with class teacher and SENCO to provide targeted SEN support.
• Assist with early literacy and phonics in EYFS.
