art’otel London Battersea power station is seeking a Reception Manager with a passion for exceptional guest service. You will oversee the front office, ensuring a warm welcome and high standards throughout every stay.

Lead and coach the front office team, align with financial and service targets, and help create a truly creative hospitality environment. Night shift coverage may be required to support operations.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of Front Office operations.
• Oversee reception operations to ensure warm welcome and service excellence.
• Liaise with the team to meet guest satisfaction and financial targets.
• Empower the team through coaching and an inspiring service culture.
• Able to work flexible hours, including night shifts.
• Communicate operational and strategic information clearly.
