Job summary

Rapport Guest Services in London is recruiting a Reception Manager to lead a 5-person front-of-house team and ensure flawless service for a leading international law firm. You will work closely with the Senior Facilities Manager, manage day-to-day operations, and support events.

This full-time role offers a 40-hour week on a rota from 7am to 7pm, with flexibility for late events. Salary is £46,500 per year, plus a benefits package including pension, wellness programs, and development

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading front-of-house teams and delivering consistent service.
• Ability to generate monthly performance/operational reports.
• Strong relationship-building with clients and stakeholders.
• Coordination with multiple teams (including US-based teams) for visits and events.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support the reception team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Produce and present monthly reports with insights on service performance and trends.
• Build client relationships through regular meetings and updates across London offices.
• Collaborate with US-based teams to coordinate visits for travelling lawyers.
• Oversee switchboard operations and ensure adherence to SOPs.
