The Wright Brothers Restaurants is launching a new Covent Garden venue and seeks an experienced Reception Manager to shape the guest journey from day one. You will lead reservations, VIP experiences and the reception team, aligning guest care with commercial outcomes and operating standards.

You'll partner with restaurant management to maximise covers, drive repeat visits and create memorable experiences that reflect Wright Brothers hospitality, seafood focus and warm, premium service.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or management experience in a premium restaurant or hospitality environment.
