Sexy Fish Manchester, part of Caprice Holdings Ltd, is seeking a Bar Supervisor to help oversee daily bar operations and deliver exceptional service in a vibrant, upscale setting.

You will assist in developing innovative drink menus, train staff, manage inventory, and support revenue growth while maintaining a positive, collaborative workplace. A passion for mixology and leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as Bar Supervisor or similar role in hospitality.

• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day bar operations, maintaining high service levels.
• Help develop creative, high-quality drink menus with Bar Manager.
• Train and mentor bar staff to ensure consistent service standards.
• Assist with inventory, ordering and bar area organization.
• Contribute to strategies to grow bar revenue and profitability.
• Resolve guest inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bar Supervisor to join our vibrant team. As a Bar Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting the bar operations, ensuring exceptional service, and contributing to the overall success of our establishment. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring a high level of service.
• Support the Bar Manager in the development and execution of creative and high-quality drink menus.
• Provide guidance and training to bar staff, promoting teamwork and maintaining service standards.
• Assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining a well-organized bar area.
• Contribute to strategies that enhance bar revenue and profitability.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns related to the bar with professionalism and efficiency.
• Collaborate with other team members to maintain a positive and efficient working environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Bar Supervisor or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Knowledge of mixology, beverages, and industry trends.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and efficiently manage tasks.
• Familiarity with inventory management and ordering processes.
