What’s involved?
As a Reception Manager, your duties will include managing the reception team, driving guest satisfaction, engaging with guests, seeking opportunities to up-sell, and creating a memorable stay. You will assist in preparing rotas, meeting business needs, and managing budgets, while covering Duty Management shifts as required.
We are looking for someone with previous hospitality experience as a Reception Manager or Assistant Front of House Manager, seeking their next career step or a new opportunity to join a well-known group of hotels. The candidate should be flexible to work five shifts per week and ideally have experience with ONQ or from a Hilton brand.
