Beaverbrook is seeking a confident and charming Head of Front Office Operations to elevate guest experiences. This role involves overseeing front-of-house operations, ensuring impeccable service standards, and fostering relationships with guests, all while leading a dynamic team in a luxury hotel environment.

As the face of Beaverbrook, you will ensure that all Guests and Members are greeted warmly, professionally, and personally. This hands-on role requires a confident host with natural charm and a keen eye for detail, responsible for overseeing front-of-house operations and driving consistency in service. You’ll work closely with the Front Office Manager and Room Division Manager to deliver 5-star service standards, ensuring all areas are perfectly set and each team member has clear tasks.
Your focus will be on building rapport with guests, identifying preferences, and consistently improving service. You’ll also collaborate with departments like Sales, Housekeeping, Engineering, and F&B to enhance the overall guest experience.
