About the Role – What You’ll Do As Reception Manager , you will be the face of Amazonico. You’ll lead the reception team and ensure every guest receives a warm, professional welcome from the moment they step through our doors.

You will:

  • Manage reservations and guest lists with confidence and discretion
  • Lead, train and inspire the host team to deliver five-star service
  • Oversee smooth front desk operations and handle VIP & high-profile clientele
  • Work closely with restaurant managers to coordinate guest experience
  • Implement and maintain service standards in line with brand values
  • Take pride in every interaction, ensuring guests feel recognised, valued, and excited to return
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience as a Reception Manager (or Head Receptionist) in a premium hospitality venue
  • A natural host with outstanding people skills and strong attention to detail
  • Confidence managing high-volume reservations while staying calm under pressure
  • A genuine passion for guest experience, diversity, and cultural awareness
  • Tech-savvy with platforms like SevenRooms, OpenTable, or similar
