The role…

We have a superb opportunity for a Reception Manager on Maternity Cover fixed-term contract to join the team. As Reception Manager, you will be required to ensure every guest receives the ultimate in customer service. You will be an effective communicator, experienced in complaint handling, a true motivator of people, and fully experienced in all aspects of Front Office including collating guest feedback, billing, and revenue posting. A minimum of 3 years’ Front Office experience is required at Supervisory level or higher, together with full knowledge of OPERA.

Offering £30,000 per annum, this is a full-time fixed-term contract opportunity.
