Sexy Fish Manchester is seeking a dedicated Reception Manager to lead the front-of-house team, oversee reservations, and contribute to our renowned hospitality. If you excel in managing guest flow, maintaining service standards, and mentoring staff, join our exceptional venue in Spinningfields.

You will oversee daily reception operations, coordinate OpenTable/SevenRooms, and collaborate with management on private events while upholding our inclusive, high-energy atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Experience as Reception Manager or similar front-of-house role in hospitality.
• Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and proactive operational approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the reception area; uphold high service standards.
• Manage and coordinate reservations, optimizing seating and guest flow.
• OpenTable and/or SevenRooms experience required.
• Supervise and mentor reception staff for a positive work environment.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with management to plan and execute private events.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures and quality standards.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive atmosphere for guests and staff.
