Qualifications

• Experience as host/ receptionist in hospitality is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage reservations and seat assignments accurately.
• OpenTable and/or Seven Rooms experience.
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure a seamless dining experience.
• Answer phone calls and inquiries, providing information and assistance.
• Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and organized.
• Uphold the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.
