You will manage staffing, coordinate with the culinary team, and ensure rigorous standards across the guest journey.

The role requires proven leadership in hospitality, strong communication, and a proactive approach to problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role in hospitality.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities with proactive operations management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with inventory, financial reporting and budgeting processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure high service standards.
