Windmill Primary is seeking a Reception Leader to oversee the youngest learners and lead their own class. The role combines hands-on teaching with management across three Reception classes and requires collaboration with the SMT.

The successful candidate will be highly motivated, passionate about a creative early years approach and committed to outdoor learning. The school offers CPD opportunities and a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experienced in working with reception aged children.
• Able to Manage the Reception team and EYFS curriculum for 3 classes and attend SMT meetings.
• Highly motivated and has high expectations of all children.
• Passionate about delivering the curriculum in a creative way.

• Committed to outdoor learning being at the heart of the learning process.
