The Close Hotel in Tetbury is seeking a proactive Group Reception Manager to oversee guest services, lead the reception team, and ensure smooth check-ins and reservations across the property. You will mentor staff, optimise IT reservation tools, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
