Job summary

Cotswold Inns & Hotels, including The Close Hotel in Tetbury, is seeking a proactive Group Reception Manager to lead our front desk team across our collection of pubs and hotels. You will ensure smooth service, manage check-ins and reservations, and deliver a warm, personalised guest experience.

You will train and mentor staff, optimise IT systems for guest information, and collaborate with colleagues to create a welcoming atmosphere.

The Close Hotel is located in the popular Cotswolds town of Tetbury, renowned worldwide for its collection of antiques and collectible shops. Housed in a former 16th century town house and with 21 superior guest rooms, this is a popular locations for guests and locals alike.
