Cotswold Inns & Hotels is seeking a friendly receptionist to welcome guests, manage check-ins, and handle enquiries across our charming hotels in the Cotswolds. You will use our reservations system to update guest information and ensure a smooth arrival experience.

We value hospitality, teamwork and personalised service. The role offers a supportive environment, induction and ongoing training, and perks such as staff discounts and access to wellness benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or guest-facing roles.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple enquiries with professionalism.
