Job summary

The Close Hotel, part of Fuller’s Family, in Tetbury, is seeking a Group Reception Manager to lead the front desk and ensure outstanding guest experiences. You will train staff, manage check-ins and reservations, and maintain a warm, efficient reception environment across our hotels.
