The role requires leadership, adaptability during peak periods, and familiarity with booking systems like Seven Rooms to tailor guest experiences.

• Demonstrate knowledge of booking systems such as Seven Rooms and understanding customers' specific needs to deliver a unique experience.
• Adapt your style to different situations and different customer requirements.
• Inspire the team to deliver impeccable service with unwavering attention to detail to our guests.
• Willingness to share your knowledge with junior members of the team so they are continually learning and developing.
