Tribeca Recruitment is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join a fully remote role, working with leading UK and US-based firms. You will build a desk, source candidates, and manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.

In this 360, candidate-led market, you’ll develop new business, win opportunities, and collaborate with a high-performing team while enjoying ownership of your own desk and flexible, remote working.

The Role

We’re looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to build out a desk, working with our existing clients while developing new business.

This is a 360 role in a candidate-led market, where strong candidates open doors.

You’ll be:

• Sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates (LinkedIn, applications, outreach)
• Taking candidates to market and managing the full recruitment lifecycle
• Building new client relationships with high-growth businesses
