Job summary

All Global, part of M3, is seeking a Project Coordinator to support day-to-day Real-World research projects. You will ensure accurate participant records, process incentives, and handle panellist queries while coordinating project administration.

You will update trackers, identify issues, and collaborate with the wider team to keep projects running smoothly. Strong Excel skills and experience with survey platforms like Confirmit are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in a project coordination, project support, or administrative role.
• High level of accuracy when working with data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with survey platforms such as Confirmit is a plus.
• Excellent written communication and ability to manage multiple tasks across projects.

Responsibilities

• Monitor delivery status of participant packs and PSCs.
• Check tracking numbers and update delivery estimates.
• Identify delivery issues and escalate to relevant teams.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and update project trackers.
