Job summary

All Global, a unit of M3 Inc., seeks a Project Coordinator to support Real World studies. You will help manage participant records, incentives, and project trackers while liaising with panellists and CR teams. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills and attention to data integrity.

Working within a hybrid setup in the UK, you will contribute to efficient project execution across multiple studies and provide proactive administrative support to the wider team.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with survey platforms is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks across several projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day administration of Real World studies projects.
• Update project trackers and escalate issues as needed.
• Compute and process participant incentives in line with project requirements.
• Support the project team with general administrative tasks and stakeholder enquiries.
