Job summary

iO-Sphere, a UK data and AI training startup, seeks a hands-on coach to guide working professionals through a 15‑month AI adoption programme. You'll coach learners in real projects from their organisations, focusing on framing problems, trusting models, and stakeholder buy-in.

Your week centers on live coaching sessions, managing a caseload of ~40 learners, one-to-one guidance, quarterly reviews with learners and employers, and structured feedback to drive progression. London hybrid or UK remote.

Qualifications

• Hands-on coaching in AI/automation
• Ability to translate complex AI concepts for non-technical audiences
• Experience coaching professionals in corporate settings

Responsibilities

• Deliver live coaching sessions across cohorts
• Manage a caseload of around 40 learners
• Provide monthly one-to-one progression guidance
