iO‑Sphere trains professionals to apply AI in real business settings, guiding learners through real problems and portfolios. You’ll coach across HR, operations, marketing and finance, focusing on framing problems, judging models, and gaining stakeholder buy-in.

The role centers on hands‑on coaching for a 15‑month programme, with a fixed weekly live slot, monthly progress reviews, and a strong emphasis on practical outcomes. London hybrid or UK remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching professionals on AI/automation projects.
• Ability to manage a caseload of learners and guide progression.
• Willingness to work in a London hybrid or UK-wide remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Live coaching sessions with cohorts each week.
• Manage a caseload around 40 learners, tracking progression.
• Monthly one‑to‑one guidance and group information/advice.
• Quarterly reviews with learner and employer on progress.
• Marking and timely feedback on real AI work.
• Onboarding conversations and maintaining records.
