Job summary

iO-Sphere, a UK data and AI training startup, seeks a hands-on coach to guide working professionals through a 15-month AI implementation programme. You’ll coach real AI work within organisations, review real projects, and help learners progress with practical guidance and targeted feedback.

The role blends coaching with assessment, ensuring timely feedback, and maintaining records. London hybrid or remote UK; DBS and safeguarding awareness are required, with support for a teaching qualification.

Qualifications

• Hands-on with generative AI, agents or automation on real business problems.
• Ability to explain complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
• Wamiliarity with safeguarding and training environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver live coaching sessions to cohorts of learners.
• Manage a caseload of around 40 learners and monitor progress.
• Conduct monthly one-to-one meetings and provide progression guidance.
• Hold quarterly reviews with learners and their employers.
• Perform marking and feedback within 48 hours on real workplace AI projects.
• Oversee onboarding and maintain accurate learner records.
