iO-Sphere is hiring a coaching professional to guide working professionals through a 15‑month AI integration programme across HR, operations, marketing and finance. You’ll coach real problems from their organisations and help learners progress through live sessions and monthly reviews.

You stay up-to-date with AI tools, build stakeholder buy-in, and ensure quality feedback within a fast‑moving startup environment. London hybrid or UK remote options available.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching adults in real-world AI projects or business problems.
• Ability to review real AI work and guide judgment without teaching experience required.
• Willingness to pursue teaching qualification and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide live coaching to cohorts and run weekly sessions.
• Manage a caseload of around 40 learners and monitor progress.
• Conduct monthly one-to-ones and provide progression guidance.
• Lead quarterly reviews with learners and employers.
• Support onboarding and maintain regulator‑compliant records.
