Job summary

Hypervision Surgical Ltd is seeking an Imaging Systems Engineer to join the team developing a real-time intraoperative spectral imaging platform. You will contribute to benchtop experiments, data acquisition automation, and system validation, bridging hardware and software to support regulatory submissions and product development.

You will work with optical imaging, scripting in Python, and collaborate with clinicians and engineers to deliver robust, repeatable lab workflows and high-quality

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with optical imaging systems and hyperspectral cameras.
• Strong expertise in lab automation, data analysis and documentation.
• Experience interacting with clinicians or external partners is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, set up, and execute optical and imaging benchtop tests for new camera platforms.
• Develop automated data-acquisition routines and reusable measurement workflows.
• Maintain regulatory documentation and calibration records for lab procedures.
• Collaborate with scientists and engineers to translate bench findings into product improvements.
• Contribute to verification, validation, and regulatory submission activities.
