Job summary

You will act as the senior operational authority, coordinating across Operations Control, Scheduling, Crew Dispatch, and Maintenance to ensure safety, compliance and premium service for Owners and clients.

Qualifications

• Extensive aviation operations experience, ideally supervisory or managerial.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving under time pressure.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for VIP clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily flight operations, ensuring safe and compliant scheduling.
• Act as the senior escalation point for operational issues.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Operations Control, Scheduling, Crew Dispatch, and Maintenance.
• Manage AOG events and disruptions with timely response.
• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and company procedures.
